Shamanic Healing Practices
Psychopomp — Traditionally referred to as "shepherd of souls" the psychopomp helps the spirits of the deceased transition peacefully to the next stage of their journey. This work is based on Betsy Bergstroms "heart centered" approach, and is based in compassion.
Shamanic Divination — A method of seeking guidance, insight, and clarity through direct spiritual interaction with compassionate helping spirits. By journeying into the spirit world, I gather information to help illuminate life challenges, decisions, relationships, and personal growth.
Soul Retrieval— A healing practice that seeks to recover lost or fragmented aspects of the soul that may have separated during times of trauma, grief, or significant life stress. The returned soul essence can support greater wholeness, vitality, and emotional well-being. Ongoing, followup work offered as needed.
Extraction — A shamanic healing technique that identifies and removes spiritual intrusions, energetic blockages, or harmful influences believed to contribute to emotional, mental, or physical distress. This work usually also includes Soul Retrieval or Power Retrieval to fill the spaces left by the initial intrusion.
Power Retrieval — A practice focused on restoring spiritual strength, personal vitality, and connection to one's inner resources. Through shamanic journeying, the practitioner seeks lost sources of power helping spirits guide us to return at this time.
Power Animal Retrieval — Frequently we in the modern world lose connection with our compassionate helping spirits, especially our Animal allies. This work seeks to return this lost connection and advise the client on how to maintain that connection.
